Porang As Intercropping Trees

Porang tree is in one family with konjac tree which has already been popular in Japan, China, and Korea, Porang tree produces porang tuber similar like konjac tuber / root. Both have the same application as dietary food, cosmetics and other industries.

Porang grows well in Indonesia. In IMF Plantation, Porang  tress are planted as intercropping with mango trees as the trees do not need full sun light to grow well.
